How to spread the Love

 

 Love is the law of our Universe. 

Love is the core foundation of all structures.

Love is the essentials of all beings.

Love is the need of our living condition.

Think of not having any love in our society, that leads to the end of the world. 

Then, we need to let the Love grow and thrive. 

Here are what to do: 

- Give a compliment: to everyone you meet. They all have some things beautiful or good at, or effort which needs to be encouraged. 

- See the beauty everywhere. If you can see the beauty of all people you can like them and love them. Try or train yourself to see the beauty of them. 

- Giving people a hand when you can. People suffer a lot in quiet. Some may ask for help, some do not. But you can determine whether people need your help or not, then give them a hand if you can. Small kindness is truly gift for people.  

- Make people heard and seen. People all want be be heard and seen. If you can, you may listen to them, encourage them to be themselves, their authentic selves. 

- Empathy: where there is empathy, there is love. Where there is not empathy, there is no love.That's simple. 

- Make good things for the world. Just contribute any if you can, to make the world better place for you and all. 

- Surround yourself with nature. Nature is love. Nature is healing. Nature loves naturally.  Nature nourishes you and your heart. Make sure you are surrounding by nature.

- Be grateful. We love when we feel grateful for somethings we receive. Being grateful shows our love to the giver. That can multiply our feeling for each other. 

- Be humble. Many people may be suffering a lot. Then be humble to not let the gap between you and other too far. Be humble helps you being closer to people.
